I have for many years believed in the power of the mind. For me two well known quotations really do ‘sum it all up’;

Whether you think you can or think you can’t, you’re probably right. (Henry Ford).

As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he. (Proverbs).

I inherently adopted this way of thinking in my initial career in the field of electrical engineering and through it achieved notable examination successes – many with ‘distinction’. I became registered as a professional ‘Chartered Engineer’, a title reserved for those who have exhibited academic achievement and high levels of work related experience and responsibility.

In the busy world in which we live we often fail to ‘be still and listen’ to our own higher wisdom. In 2002 however I did just that. I desired to formalise the intuitive knowledge that I had and so I embarked upon a professional course of studying in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy at The Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnosis. My goal, to further understand and recognise the means of controlling man’s greatest gift, the Human Mind.

Since graduating in 2003 I have been privileged to meet many men and women and to help them to discover their own ‘power within’. These men and women have presented with a diverse range of problems, symptoms and needs. Looking for change in either their health, relationships, social life or work life.
